ECO airbag™ is a practical air decking application that cost saving of explosive 10%~19% or saving USD0.01~USD0.027/cubic yard. Also improve fragmentation and reduce flying rocks. ECO airbag™ is NOT self-inflated and just need inflating by compressor on mine site. It is the practical air decking application which trailed and certified at different open cut situations worldwide.
Specification:
Standard length of ECO airbag™ is 1200mm. Also we can custom the length according to your need. Diameters 3.5”, 5”, 5 3/4” ,6”, 7 3/4” and 9” are available. Qualities certified: ECO airbag™ is made of high tensile strength and high barrier to air material, also its thickness custom made till to 0.28mm. Special Durable and safe to use. High quality of valve that ensure airbag inflated staying for 60 days, no air release.
Operation:
● Take out ECO airbag™ from carton and inflated by compressor.
● Calculate the depth of hole you need deck.
● Just drop it into borehole during loading explosives progress. -
